Cloughjordan Circus Club are delighted to be a part of Circus Explored again in 2025.

Join us for family workshops and a fantastic performance from Symmetry Circus in ‘What’s Watt!’

As part of this programme we will be presenting a fun packed day of FREE Circus Activities for all the family on Saturday 07^th June 2025 in Cloughjordan on the Village Green (or St. Kieran’s Hall if the weather doesn’t comply).

All activities are FREE. Please BOOK in advance so we can manage numbers and prepare appropriately

11:00am – 12:15pm WORKSHOP | Skipping | Ages 8+

All participants are to be accompanied or at least supervised by their adult at all times.

Please wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict movement.

12:15pm – 12:30pm STORYTIME | All Ages

Drop down to Cloughjordan Library and join Noirín for a group read-along.

12:30pm – 1:15pm WORKSHOP | Hula Hoop | Family Groups

It’s a bit less intense than the skipping, so there’s probably more chance the grown-ups will get actively involved in this one! All participants are to be accompanied or at least supervised by their adult at all times.

Please wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict movement.

1:15pm – 1:30pm STORYTIME | All Ages

Join Elizabeth from local bookstore Sheelagh na Gig for a group read-along on the Green.

1:30pm – 2:30pm PICNIC LUNCH | All Ages

Bring your hamper and set up your blanket as part of the community picnic, and try to protect your sandwiches from the ants!

2:30pm – 3:00pm GAMES | Parachute | Family Groups

Come get lost under our big colourful parachute, with lots of games and movement and laughing!

Please wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict movement.

3:00pm – 4:00pm PERFORMANCE | What’s Watt | All Ages

Symmetry Circus have come to delight us one and all with their spectacular show “What’s Watt”. It’s sure to be an energetic performance…

Select your workshop and hit ‘Book Now’. You can then repeat this for a second and third workshop if desired, to add them to your Basket. From your Shopping Basket, hit ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to complete the transaction. Again, all activities are FREE, this is for us to manage numbers on the day.
